Calendar Widget What and When

What and When is a widget displaying your agenda. It reminds you about your next appointments, tasks and anniversaries in a scrollable list. What and When is available for phones and tablets.

- Appointments are retrieved from your different Google calendars.
- Displayed tasks are your Google tasks. They are retrieved from the free application GTasks.
- Birthdays (and anniversaries and other events) are retrieved from your contacts list.

What and When is completely customizable. You can choose the period to display (from 1 day to 1 year), to display or not the appointments, tasks, birthdays or anniversaries, and many other options related to these events (private appointments, overdue tasks, tasks with no due date, etc...).

You can have many instances of What and When on your home screen. You can configure each instance separately : for example one for appointments, one for tasks, one for a given calendar, etc…

There are 2 different display modes : normal and compact. The compact one is more like the previous versions of What and When.

A status bar reminds you the number of active events for today and for the period that you have defined.

Each event is a shortcut to the right application : calendar, GTasks and contacts.

There is a free version which has exactly the same functions but which displays few ads :
