SimFlow is a mobile management application designed for telecom activation teams to track and coordinate daily operations efficiently. The app functions as a dashboard for Team Leads to monitor overall assets, such as active Brand Ambassadors (BAs), assigned batches, and card activation status rates across multiple sub-company profiles. By providing real-time statistic overviews, managing hierarchical team structures, and securing user switching branches flexibly with single JWT environments, it aligns ground-level inventory monitoring to transparent corporate frameworks.

Operationally, managers use the platform to assign Serial batches securely to their ground agents while tracking individual BA loads alongside financial stats. Detailed item streams allow for breaking down specific discrepancies—such as flagged fraud alerts, faulty hardware lines, non-activated backlogs, or quality-approved lines holding high cumulative usage minimums. Through standard linear overlays, date groupings, and searchable detail cards, it transforms bulk inventory flows into clear actionable analytics.
