With the “my Randstad” app, you can do all of the following directly from your phone, instead of having to get in touch with your consultant or branch:

Availability
• Easily set and adjust when you are available or unavailable to work (entire days, or part of the day)
• Your consultant will always be up to date with your availability, no need to call or go to the branch

Scheduling
• Receive planned shifts and accept or reject them
• Apply to open shifts
• Cancel a shift when you are not able to make it

Time off
• Easily request vacation days or report sick
• View your vacation balance and the status of requests

News centre
• Receive updates and useful information from Randstad and your employer
• Regularly updated content, including tips and tricks
• Useful articles that can help you progress in your career

Ratings and reviews

That app is a waste of money due to the option of picking the shifts. You have to go to the website instead of the app. They must add 4 main In-App features 1) Pick the available shift in the app 2) Direct call option to randstand for those who have problem in picking shifts, or at job, or not able to find the place. 3) live chat option 7am to 6pm. 4) In-app features to notify us regarding open shifts nearby option. It seems that it's a useless app.

the randstad app is getting worse. shift times will not appear when put in. app response is shift times overlap.Even when no other times have been implemented. not impressed at all.

Very friendly and accommodating staff in human resources, clearly understandable all information regarding your work contract.
