ReadTime calculates how long any piece of text will take to read across six different reading speeds. The Paste Text tab lets you paste any article, essay, blog post, script or document directly into the app. It instantly counts words, characters, characters without spaces, sentences and paragraphs and shows the estimated reading time for slow, average, fast and speed readers as well as audiobook listening time and study reading time. The Word Count tab lets you type a number directly or choose a quick preset — useful when you know the length of a document without having the full text. Presets cover common lengths from 500-word blog posts up to 80000-word novels. The Speed Guide tab shows a reference table of all reading speeds from very slow to expert, a list of famous texts and their word counts for comparison, and practical tips for improving reading speed. Every result can be copied or shared in one tap. Works completely offline with no account required.
