This app is miserable-- continually logs out, forces me to reset the password, get hung up authenticating the password, no longer able to log in. When I do get it to work, it will send multiple notification on the same topic, can't ever get the app to allow me to upload or change my kids documents, I hate the app....overall miserable and user interface

Awful app. Useless. Can't get a complete schedule. It has a few games listed from August and one from September and that's where it ends. I click for a full schedule and nothing refreshes. Same outdated info. What's the point of the app if I have to keep searching online for the sports schedules? Not to mention all the trouble I had trying to get logged into the app because it wouldn't accept my account info. Luckily someone at Rankone assisted with resetting my account.

Ms. Sandoval, we sympathize with your frustration, but Rank One is only a software provider. The schools manage 100% of the information including schedules. We would be happy to work with the school if they are having any issues, but it is more likely they simply haven’t put the information in the software.
