Wish I could give it a negative rating. What a hunk of junk. Super difficult to sign in. Tried to hit forget password, program doesn't recognize my email. Try to create account, says my email is already in use. Which is it? Finally get logged in and the link to access forms doesn't work. Ugh.

I keep receiving all these emails to complete tasks, and there are no instructions or any support.

Awful app. Useless. Can't get a complete schedule. It has a few games listed from August and one from September and that's where it ends. I click for a full schedule and nothing refreshes. Same outdated info. What's the point of the app if I have to keep searching online for the sports schedules? Not to mention all the trouble I had trying to get logged into the app because it wouldn't accept my account info. Luckily someone at Rankone assisted with resetting my account.

Ms. Sandoval, we sympathize with your frustration, but Rank One is only a software provider. The schools manage 100% of the information including schedules. We would be happy to work with the school if they are having any issues, but it is more likely they simply haven’t put the information in the software.
What's new
We addressed an issue for some users where files associated with student profiles on desktop were suspiciously missing in the mobile view. We scoured the darkest corners of the code to make sure those sneaky files were safely returned to their proper location. There are also some miscellaneous fixes related to the new Rank One Pro accounts and upcoming release of our new EMR features.
