Awful app. Useless. Can't get a complete schedule. It has a few games listed from August and one from September and that's where it ends. I click for a full schedule and nothing refreshes. Same outdated info. What's the point of the app if I have to keep searching online for the sports schedules? Not to mention all the trouble I had trying to get logged into the app because it wouldn't accept my account info. Luckily someone at Rankone assisted with resetting my account.

Ms. Sandoval, we sympathize with your frustration, but Rank One is only a software provider. The schools manage 100% of the information including schedules. We would be happy to work with the school if they are having any issues, but it is more likely they simply haven’t put the information in the software.

I keep receiving all these emails to complete tasks, and there are no instructions or any support.

Raggedy! It keeps saying I need to download an update, but it never provides a way to do so. Trash.

What's new
In response to your feedback, we've refined text display in fields prone to truncation to keep text from being cut off, regardless of device specifications. No more straining to decipher clipped text or squinting to read vital information! Additionally, we've tackled text display inconsistencies in mobile dark mode. As always, we continue to improve and enhance the user experience to make your life easier!
