the app straight doesn't work the majority of the time, i think I've successfully ordered through it once, and every other time it just says error loading page after trying to tap on any product to order. tried re-installing, this is likely an issue that won't get fixed ever as it's been like this forever, don't give them your data if they can't even make a working app in return.

Terrible. They got rid of their loyalty cards so you have to use the app and the app doesn't work. Plus there's no way of earning points if you go into the store (no barcode for them to scan). I also can't order my pizza through the app--it just says it can't add the item despite them having everything when I go into the store. Don't switch over to a mobile app model if it isn't going to work??? Why release a broken app? It makes me not want to order from you.

After emailing them, they had me log out and log back in and then it started working - which I shouldn't have to do right after I installed the app and signed up. I'm not seeing where I can scan my receipt for points, so it looks like I'll be forced to buy my items on the app and give them my payment information. They need to add the feature to scan in a receipt for points so that I do not have to slow down my day to order on the app or get no points - which I probably won't do.
