I made a deposit to my btc wallet and I have not recieved it since And the deposit is confirmed

Las comisiones son muy altas y están en todos lados, está bien cobrar una comisión pero cobran por cada cosa, por comprar, por vender, por retirar. Así no se puede, terminas perdiendo más que ganando. Probé mover $15 desde otra Wallet y me cobraron $1 de comisión, los $14 nunca llegaron a Rapi porque dice que si es ese monto se puede perder, no tiene lógica. Aún sigo esperando respuesta de dónde están esos $14.
