Worst experience with RAPIPAY. I completed all EMIs of the loan arranged through KOMAC, but RAPIPAY failed to clear the payment properly to the finance company. Because of their negligence, I am not getting my Loan NOC/closure certificate. Very irresponsible service and poor customer support. Customers suffer even after paying on time.

I took a loan of ₹75,000 from RapiPay and repaid the full amount on time as per the agreement. The loan was also marked closed in their system. However, I later received a demand notice from KOMAC claiming ₹5,000 is still due. This is completely unjustified and has negatively impacted my credit score. I request immediate resolution, proper closure confirmation, and correction of my credit report. Very disappointing experience
