I took a loan of ₹75,000 from RapiPay and repaid the full amount on time as per the agreement. The loan was also marked closed in their system. However, I later received a demand notice from KOMAC claiming ₹5,000 is still due. This is completely unjustified and has negatively impacted my credit score. I request immediate resolution, proper closure confirmation, and correction of my credit report. Very disappointing experience

I'm facing some issues 1. Aeps unknowingly come error on suspected to Frud but I took money with proper sound mind person only, 2. Once bank statement checked can't able to back. The OK, print options are doesn't work. 3. Need to add Mobile recharge plan list options, if included it could be wonder App. Otherwise this app is user friendly.
