About this app

The end-of-day report – in under 5 minutes, right on the construction site.

Rapport AM replaces the paper timesheet: Record working hours, materials and equipment, attach photos, have the customer sign on their mobile phone, and send the finished PDF with your company logo to the office via email. All offline, no account, no cloud.

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
Rapport AM requires no registration and no server. Customers, times, photos, and signatures are stored exclusively on your device. No tracking, no advertising, no data sharing. Fully functional even in areas with no network coverage – the email is sent as soon as you have a connection again.

THREE TYPES OF REPORTS, ONE FORM

WHAT YOU RECORD

• Working hours per employee with qualifications (master craftsman, journeyman, helper, apprentice)

• From–to with automatic hour calculation minus breaks – or hours entered directly

• Materials with quantity and unit, equipment hours, travel and special expenses

• Site photos with labels

• Customer, site, order number, and activity

SIGNATURE AND PDF
The customer and technician sign with their finger, full name, and timestamp.

Afterward, the report is finalized and cannot be changed. The PDF includes
your letterhead with logo and a sequential report number.

SENDING
• "Send to office" – the fixed address is saved once, a single tap is all it takes
• "Send to customer" – the address is taken from the master data, the office receives a copy
• A machine-readable JSON file can be attached to the PDF upon request

• Or share it the old-fashioned way: WhatsApp, cloud, print

DATA BACKUP
A single tap creates a complete backup with all reports, photos,
signatures, and PDFs – as a ZIP file that you can save wherever you like. Restoring it is just as easy when switching devices. The app reminds you if no backup has been created for a while.

GOOD TO KNOW
Timesheets are often the basis for invoicing and must be retained. Rapport AM generates unalterable PDF files and facilitates timely distribution – the actual storage remains the responsibility of your business or your tax advisor.
