About this app

Rassmi for Agents is the calling companion of the Rassmi order confirmation CRM, for confirmation agents with a Rassmi account. It calls the customer of each order in your queue and reads the call log to record whether the customer answered and how long the call lasted, then attaches that result to the order.

You start a call from your call queue on rassmi.com. Your phone dials the customer right away, and when the call ends the app saves its result on the order: answered, busy or no answer, with the call duration. No copying numbers, no typing results by hand.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign in with the email and password of your Rassmi confirmation agent account.
2. Open your call queue on rassmi.com in your browser.
3. Click "Call": this phone calls the customer.
4. Talk to the customer and check the order and the address.
5. Hang up: the result is saved on the order automatically.

WHAT YOU GET

WHY IT MATTERS
On Rassmi, an order can only be marked "Confirmed" after a call the customer answered. The app is what records that call, so stores can trust your confirmations and your commission is earned on a clear record.

SECURE BY DESIGN
• Two-step verification: if it is on for your Rassmi account, the app asks for your authenticator code or a recovery code.
• The app only dials real phone numbers.
• Every call result is signed before it is sent to Rassmi.
• Your sign-in is never included in backups. Signing out disconnects this phone from your call queue immediately.

PERMISSIONS, EXPLAINED
Before asking for anything, the app shows a screen explaining why it needs each permission:
• Phone calls and phone state: to call the customer of the order you start from your call queue, and to know when the call ends.
• Call log: to read the duration and result of that call only, so the order shows whether the customer answered.
• Notifications and background service: to stay connected to your call queue while the app is in the background, shown by a permanent notification.
This data is only used to confirm orders in your Rassmi workspace. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

WHO IT IS FOR
Rassmi for Agents is for confirmation agents with a Rassmi account. To become an agent, sign up as a confirmation agent on rassmi.com, complete your profile and agree a contract with a store. Stores manage their orders, contracts and wallet on rassmi.com.

Rassmi does not sell products or deliver parcels: confirmed orders are shipped by the delivery company each store chooses.
