Companies can post jobs, review candidates, view ratings, and directly contact suitable applicants through secure in-app messaging. Employees cannot initiate chats, ensuring professional and controlled communication.

During onboarding, employees can search for their company on Rateo and request to join as staff. If the company is not yet registered, an invitation is sent via email. Once approved, employees are linked to their organization.

Rateo’s core feature is its monthly rating system. Every month, within the first 10 days, employers and employees can rate each other based on key criteria such as:
