Aurelian Balance is an independent financial planning app for manually estimating how one existing debt payment may change after a single annual interest rate adjustment.
Enter the debt details yourself, including balance, currency, current annual rate, remaining monthly payments, first payment date, the month when the new rate begins, the new annual rate, and an optional personal comfort limit for the monthly payment.
The app calculates a forecast using a fixed model: nominal annual interest with monthly accrual, payment at the end of each period, and a recalculated payment from the remaining balance when the rate changes. It shows the payment before and after the rate change, the remaining balance at the change point, projected interest, the final date, and a monthly schedule.
Aurelian Balance can also compare the recalculated payment with your manually entered comfort limit. If no limit is entered, affordability notes are hidden.
Saved plans, drafts, plan details, search, sorting, and an action log are stored locally on your device. Optional note photos can be attached to a saved plan, but they are not used in calculations. The app works without a photo and without camera permission.
Important limits:
- Forecasts are not actual payments or lender terms
- No loan offers, approvals, lender connections, or financial products are provided
- No internet account, sync, ads, analytics, or remote data are used
- No currency conversion is performed
- Fees, penalties, insurance, late payments, extra payments, partial periods, daily interest, and bank-specific schedule changes are not supported
Aurelian Balance is designed for local, manual planning when you want a clear view of one debt scenario after one future rate change.
