Maximum annual percentage rate is 48%.

Ratings and reviews

The login experience defeats the purpose of having a native app as you get pushed out to a web browser every time you log in. It also asks you to set a PIN everytime you eventually do login, as it forgets any that you have previously set. The main screen of the app periodically refreshes & takes you back to the "returns" tab , stopping you from doing whatever it was you were doing. The Plenti platform is great but the app needs a lot of improvements.

Not enjoying the app with the new two factor authentication on it (love the concept, but not being asked to reset my password and pin every day or being told my password is incorrect) and and have opted to go back to the Web version. I've tried for weeks to get it resolved with the support team and just gave up in the end.

The new two factor authentication process does NOT send me the email to reset my password !!!! After trying 10 times then downloading the app to do it but redirects to the website where I had the problem to start ----- THEREFORE I am unable to log in to my account SORT IT OUT !!!
