This is one of the most disappointing apps I've come across. Any app which requires you to pay first and then see what it's about is something you should be wary about. The user interface sucks, and the content isn't something you won't find elsewhere, nor does it appear very professional. I highly doubt that the so called 'nutrition experts' have any formal education in nutrition. Drinking smoothie for all meals is a crash diet, not a lifestyle change.Thank God I got a refund.
