How? With my at!
- For tickets and carnets all you need is a my at account. If you have not already created one on our website, you can sign up directly in the app
- For passes, you can import a profile registered on our webshop shop.at-bus.it, by inserting your date of birth and tax code

Travel

Once you have purchased the right ticket for your trip, all you have to do is get on board.
- Search where you need to get to and select the best solution for you; the app will notify you when it’s time to depart
- Follow the directions to get to the right stop by foot, monitor live departure times and track the number of stops on the map until you reach your destination
- Save your favorite places so you always have them at your fingertips for next time

Ratings and reviews

Excellent super useful app for navigating Florence by bus! Available in English which is excellent, it takes a little getting used to the interface but just give yourself some extra time and you'll be good. If the bus stop sign says something different from the app, trust the sign. You can only activate one ticket at a time(to my knowledge) so make sure everyone in your group has the app. The 1.50 ticket lasts for 90 minutes once you activate it but you can buy it and keep it without activating.

Does the job, but only just. Confusing if you're just trying to pay for the tram in Florence (machines are often broken), as the app pops up confusing options in Italian, even if the app itself is set to English. Buying a ticket with credit card takes at least ten minutes: you have to first create an account with password, then go through an entire check-out process. The app also tends to sign you out at random times, so you need another few minutes to sign back in again to access your tickets

Is impossible to create an account. So the app si basically useless. You can plan the route and that's all.
