Tap the switches. Route the carts. Rebuild the line.
Switchyard is a cosy 3D puzzle about a little railway that has lost its way. Colourful carts roll out of the tunnel, and every one must reach the station that matches its colour and symbol. You hold the switches. Think ahead, tap at the right moment and watch a whole miniature world come to life.
CALM, CLEVER PUZZLES
- 50 hand-built levels across five worlds, with more on the way
- Easy to learn: one tap flips a switch. Hard to master: tracks split, merge, loop and cross
- No timers, no lives, no energy bars. Retry any level instantly, for free
- Fair, solvable layouts, with one gentle "Tricky" level and a celebration finale in every world
- Play anywhere, even offline
FIVE WORLDS, FIVE NEW IDEAS
- Meadow Junction: learn the tracks in a sunny countryside
- Willowbrook Mill: spring-back switches, speedy express carts and a river island that splits the line
- Saltwind Harbour: long freight trains, golden mail carts and lifting drawbridges
- Glasshaven Central: two tunnels feeding one station, linked switches and a sixth colour
- Frostpeak Summit: a snowy mountain with a spiral loop that lets you park a cart while you think
RESTORE A RUINED RAILWAY
Every star you earn on the line rebuilds something real: a roof, a waterwheel, a lighthouse, a glass-roofed terminal, a mountain observatory. Watch scaffolding rise, tiles fly into place and Bessie the steam engine chug home in a fresh new livery when a world is reopened.
BUILD YOUR OWN STATIONS
Spend the coins you earn on upgrades that make each station yours: clock towers, gazebos or fountains, water towers, market stalls, a carousel, a diagrid glass roof, a gondola, an aurora dome. Choose your own colours and styles, and change your mind for free.
MEET THE CREW
Conductor Pip, the cheerful egg-shaped stationmaster, guides you with help from engineer Tilly Brass, Captain Marlow, architect Iris Novak and grumpy Old Bram and his dog Biscuit.
HANDMADE, PREMIUM LOOK
Every level is a tiny toy diorama with soft lighting, satin-painted materials, little animated details and warm music. It looks and feels like a collectible you can touch.
FREE TO PLAY, FAIR TO PLAYERS
Switchyard is free. You can watch an optional video for a bonus, and a one-time "Remove ads" purchase takes away the between-level ads for good. No pop-ups while you play, and you never have to watch anything to progress.
Pull the lever. The line is waiting.
Switch the tracks, route colourful carts and rebuild a charming little railway.
