Two main functionalities.
1. SCAN: Scan the QR Code on the Smart Card provided in the hospital and will display history of medical records on day wise.
2. ATTACH: To attach new medical record, scan the QR code on the smart card and take picture. The app will automatically upload to server and generates the reports.
