I have a profile, I can't login. I reset my password and create a new password, I try to login and my password is not correct. This is going in loop for the next couple of days. I try to create a new account, but the email is taken. How can I access my account and buy tickets to watch a game??? And btw I still receive notifications from the app even if I'm not connected.

I live abroad (in an EU country) but I can't get the app to work. I have signed up countless times and then nothing happens. I neither receive any mail from the app nor can I log in to the app with the credentials that I have chosen. Are there others who face this problem? Is there a geolocation restriction or something?

Poor app, doesn't provide much stuff. People were waiting for the online store to open to buy official merchandise. What we got is a store for jokes. You cannot even open a product's image in full size, in order to see what you are ordering. This is embarrassing for one of the most successful european basketball clubs of all time. First come with a complete app and then add it to the store. Otherwise you just embarrass our team.
