It is a general-purpose platform and not restricted to a particular group of companies, partners, or organizations.

One default superadmin user is given to every school/Institute. That superadmin can onboard people and share the account information to them using text message.

The app operates on a B2B (business-to-business) model where the institution pays, and all authorized users under that institution access the platform freely.
