Each day, 3 games are picked from the ones you have unlocked. Complete the session to get your Flash Index and follow your progress in the Journal. Your first session sets the day's score; free play is there whenever you want to keep playing.

• Math: mental arithmetic, making change and number pyramids.
• Attention: tricky colors, arrows and changing rules.
• Speed: spot the odd one out, sort and compare.
• Working memory: remember digits and sequences.
• Visual memory: pairs, flashes and missing details.
• Logic: patterns, balances and mini sudoku puzzles.
• Spatial perception: reflections, shadows and stacks of cubes.
Start with 6 games and unlock 4 more for each day you play. Days do not have to be consecutive, so taking a break costs you no progress. Free-play difficulty adjusts to your results.

Three short challenges at a fixed difficulty produce a game age between 20 and 80. Your first test of the day is recorded; later attempts are for practice. This is a playful score, not a measure of intelligence or cognitive ability.

Track your best scores, medals from bronze to platinum, speed milestones and Flash Index history. Collect a calendar stamp on the days you play. An optional daily reminder helps you find time for your next session.
