The most recurring issue among user reviews is the near-constant malfunction of the bank's app. The app either gets stuck in an endless loading loop or refuses to open entirely – and this happens to the majority of users. Worse still, the bank completely ignores these complaints without any intervention to fix the problem

very slow when opening, it takes ages to reach the login screen and then into the app. a lot of people are reporting this and no fix is out yet

it takes me at least 3 minutes or more just to login and sometimes I can't . it's so buggy and terrible .
