Generally I don't really care that this app has so many ads, until last night's (Oct 21 2021) extreme weather event when I was trying to open the live feed and was stuck with a 30 second unskippable ad. It would have been really nice to know if a tornado was barreling down on my location, instead of hearing about Serpentini's latest deals.

The font is too small. Can't expand the font like you can on other sites. They show a picture of a criminal and you can't even zoom in. Real geniuses.. I assume they don't want to offend the criminals by allowing you to see them. Whoever designed this web site for 19 Action News in Cleveland must have been a first year tech student at an elementary school.

This app will probably be removed from my phone today. I have been using the 19 News app since its inception. I liked it before. This change was unnecessary and poorly thought out. Get rid of its developers, you got robbed. I will find another local news app to read daily. Tried again. Still terrible. National news no longer available using the menu.The videos start automatically and must be shut off if you prefer to read. Pages go white. Return to stories sends you to top of page.Terrible
