It keeps not wanting to show cameras even though they aren't very far away from the base. It doesn't want to say connected to my phone. It says it offline. I'm putting in a new review, it's does not stay connected to wifi. Don't waste your money on the system. Do your homework and get a name brand system. This system is not good. It won't even let you leave a "Tell us more review " it sucks.

Excellent cctv system, easy to set up, it's a stand alone system with its own hard drive and has no monthly/annual charges. Linked to your own WiFi it can viewed anywhere and you can copy a recording to sent anywhere. Price is higher than base cheaper systems but worth it. Customer support was very friendly and knowledgeable. Suggestion for the future - add a door bell camera where images can be stored on the same system hard drive.

Had the 4 camera system for several years now, never had any problems.

What’s new

• Watch Mode is now available for PTZ cameras. When enabled, the camera automatically cycles through preset views or rotates continuously, and returns to Watch Mode after manual control or motion tracking.
• The Bascom Help Centre is now accessible directly from the app via the Help menu.
• Added an Alarm Intelligent menu alongside existing motion alarms.
