About this app

Rayso Mobile Admin puts the businesses you run on Rayso in your pocket. Owners and managers sign in with their Rayso HQ account and see the same figures HQ shows, for one business or for all of them together.

This is the staging edition. It is connected to Rayso's staging environment and is meant for Rayso staging users and testers.

WHAT YOU CAN SEE
- Home: today's sales, open orders, collections and the alerts that need you.
- Finance: sales by category and payment method, discounts and voids, profit and loss, receivables and payables, and cash.
- Inventory: stock value, items below their reorder level, receipts, consumption and waste.
- People: who is on duty, attendance and payroll totals.
- Hotel: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, arrivals, departures and room revenue.
- All properties: consolidated figures across every business in your organisation, converted into one reporting currency.

ALERTS
- An inbox of operational alerts: bursts of voids, large refunds and discounts, price overrides, cash drawer events and venues that go offline.
- Edit alert rules and thresholds, choose which notifications you receive, and get a daily digest.

BUILT FOR SECURITY
- Sign in with your Rayso HQ account, with an authenticator code when your role requires one.
- You see only the businesses and screens your role allows.
- Nothing is stored on the phone; the screen is covered when you switch apps, and the app locks after two minutes in the background.
