Ratings and reviews

I have been trying to recharge using the app but it isn't going through. I kept receiving notifications that I had exceeded the daily amount for the said number ( which was not credited). Even after contacting customer service, nothing has been done. Transferring of funds into wallet takes forever to be credited. most of the features on the app aren't working. Network is wacky and customer service super irresponsive.

this app is the total opposite of what I expected it to be. I just downloaded it not quite long and I converted an airtime to cash on this app, they deducted money for charges, then I tried withdrawing my balance, at first I was told to wait for 3 days (since February 3) and ever since then I have been unable to withdraw it till now .I want my money back oo, as I won't leave it with you people (if you don't give me my money here on earth be sure I'm collecting it in the next life) .

I really love how smooth the app is.. I had to refer many of my friends to it.. I took the advantage of the recent downward review of their mtn data prices.... upto now.. their data is still among the most affordable if not the most cheapest... the app interface also is a top notch.. i love how smooth it is...
