Update: Still the best simple tracker I've seen. Widget has gotten better for Android allowing me to paste all timers rather than doing it individually. Very intuitive and easy to use. The rest is up to the user. I set it as an entire page on my phone and click in to track for everything I do. It's amazing how much time I waste but now save because of this app. Add an MPC server for Claude and this would be even better ;)

I realize this app was not built to track sleep, but I have found that it is *exactly* what I want for tracking my sleep. It's simple. It's not intrusive. It has good graphs to track changes over time, and a goal-setting feature. It doesn’t ask for a pile of permissions, and it exports to csv. I haven't tried the export yet, but I'm looking forward to it. And it has a widget so that I can start a timer for a particular activity from my home screen, which I didn't even know I wanted!

I love this little app and have been using it for tracking my contract and open source work for about three years. It's great because it's easy to use and sums up your hours based on weeks, months, year, or just the day, so you can check it against your timecard/invoices. And you can export to a spreadsheet! I've had up to four jobs at a time I've had to track hours for and being able to make a different icon for each one really helped me to organize systems that might otherwise be chaos.
