Terrible app. Terrible desktop. Terrible all the way around. I can't believe they're actually charging for this. What a joke. Hell it's so bad that even trying to agree to terms of service doesn't work. My company will definitely seek out alternative options.

Don't know what I would do without Razorsync. All my information is with me in the field or office. Tech support is great, they have answered all my questions big or small. They don't make you feel the question you ask is dumb or to small. When my day is very hectic and customers are calling I can answer all there questions about their previous history from my phone. That's when I appreciate Razorsync the most and how well it works.
Paul and Brett are great! They are super helpful and supportive. I searched for other field management systems and the support and training offered by Brett and Paul were by far the best. I have had 4 training classes and it has been easy and seamless. Looking forward to showing it to my team!

Have been using this program for a while and just completed the Quick Books integration with help from Paul Haataj. The process was much easier than we anticipated and Paul patiently walked us through each step and reviewed all the new features. So happy to have great customer service and support from Paul!
Resolved an issue for certain Android devices which when pressing on a Work Order caused the application to crash.
