This New app sucks on android.. please fix.. the filter option doesn't lock.. so you have to filter out technician names everytime just to get your name.. and then if you close out or change screens when you go back you have to do it all over again.. the other filter option does the same as well. And is very time consuming and annoying.. and when you unchecked unassigned, not all of them go away.

Different app but still has many of the same issues plus some surprise extra issues. It keeps the unassigned tickets on the schedule even when you have it clicked to not show the unassigned tickets. Lots of other bugs. App definitely was not ready to be released. The only good thing this app has over the older version is how it synchronizes. But just like the old version, when you synchronize it will sometimes delete the entire service form you just filled out or it won't really synchronize.

Terrible . I think this is the fourth time I've tried logging in and it just says razor sync loading
