Ratings and reviews

Not admin friendly, the color is so minimal that it's hard to tell which user it is. Before, you tap once and see all your options on one screen. Now you have to slide the tabs to get to the section you want. RazorSync keeps making pretty upgrades without thinking of users ease. The aging reports do not look at credited invoices. It turns out my account was sending wrong reports from the beginning. Their response was we are not an accounting software. Should be a basic requirement?

This app is completely pathetic. Our company stores our special instructions for client in the description area which is visible in the old app, iPhone version, and desktop but the only way to access this is by doing a custom search for each customer that has special instructions. Cannot be accessed from schedule like it currently is only on customer search. Not to mention being unable to log out. Have to uninstall and reinstall to log out. Needs a lot of work before we're forced to use this.

The old app was so much better. It was easier to navigate and we were able to do more on the old app too. Things we cant do on the new app: We cannot do online searches to find full customer's history if there is already a ticket in the JIT. We cannot create work orders as the work ID will not auto populate. We cannot find the customer description easily from the work order like we could in the past.
