This New app sucks on android.. please fix.. the filter option doesn't lock.. so you have to filter out technician names everytime just to get your name.. and then if you close out or change screens when you go back you have to do it all over again.. the other filter option does the same as well. And is very time consuming and annoying.. and when you unchecked unassigned, not all of them go away.

Good morning, I need to address some serious concerns regarding the new RazorSync app update. Since moving from the old app to the new version, we have lost several critical administrative functions that we rely on daily: ● Reset employee passwords ● Set up new employees ● Create forms At this point, the mobile app only allows us to create work orders. For anything administrative or management-related, we now have to go back to a computer. For a field service company like ours, that is a ma

old app was perfect. this app is trash. remove banner from old app or I will need to find a new service. once again ... this app is shiny poo.
