Ratings and reviews

Not admin friendly, the color is so minimal that it's hard to tell which user it is. Before, you tap once and see all your options on one screen. Now you have to slide the tabs to get to the section you want. RazorSync keeps making pretty upgrades without thinking of users ease. The aging reports do not look at credited invoices. It turns out my account was sending wrong reports from the beginning. Their response was we are not an accounting software. Should be a basic requirement?

This New app sucks on android.. please fix.. the filter option doesn't lock.. so you have to filter out technician names everytime just to get your name.. and then if you close out or change screens when you go back you have to do it all over again.. the other filter option does the same as well. And is very time consuming and annoying.. and when you unchecked unassigned, not all of them go away.

hard to believe razorsync believes this new app is "better" it is slow , clunky , and hard to navigate. the map page auto shrinks to show useless buttons while trying to expand and zoom out. the invoicing page and item list is hard to scroll and takes more button clicks to complete the invoicing. when idle time is non productive , just know the techs are trying to muddle through this junk. we will be looking for new service since and suggest you do too since they are force feeding this junk.
