I don't usually have time to upload my receipt as soon as I purchase. then, when I upload multiple at once, a good portion comes back invalid. I have no idea which ones have been processed & which ones haven't. I always buy at least 4 products every time, whatever the store will allow. I don't seem to be receiving credit for all of them. also, I have always purchased the same products. I get 0 points saying invalid product. doesn't make any sense when it's always the same :( need to improve

The camera on the app doesn't work. I've tried closing out of the app, updating, etc. There is an option to use your own pic from your phone's gallery, but I never receive points. This app is useless.

Waste of time. Keeps telling me to finish my profile and reactivate rewards, then has unexpected errors. Says I'm one week pregnant and doesn't allow me to correct the information to my child's birth date. The rewards aren't for Enfamil, they're for other products and need huge numbers of points. Stupid. Maybe we'll switch to Kirkland formula.
