Ratings and reviews

I've uploaded multiple receipts and received emails confirming they were accepted. I can also see the reward points listed in my points history. However, my total points balance never updates and continues to show 0, so I'm unable to redeem any rewards. This makes the rewards program essentially unusable. Very frustrating.

App really doesn't function as a useful tool. I have the most up to date version of the app, yet I still have to email support for everything. It started with not being able to login. after emailing support, I was told my account was deactivated and they reactivated for me. Now my receipt is not accepted for points, so I emailed support to help me add that. I can't update my baby's date of birth, from the estimated due date. Please fix!

Setting a profile picture is a bit difficult! When you try and set your profile picture the checkmark at the top is almost out of reach. It took minutes of fiddling to find the right pixel to finally accept the photo for my profile. Maybe try optimizing the app so that it doesn't sit on the overlay where the time and battery life are? Other than that it is a fine app
