About this app

Notes keeps everything you want to remember in one fast, tidy place. Write a quick note, build a checklist, set a reminder, lock the private ones and find it all again with search. No account is needed to use it.

WRITE AND ORGANISE
• Plain notes and checklists; tick items off, drag to reorder, see your progress
• Folders and labels, colours and pins to keep important ones on top
• Ready-made templates: meeting notes, shopping list, daily journal, to-do list
• Attach photos, files and voice recordings, or draw a sketch
• Dictate a note with your voice
• Undo and redo, word count, share or copy any item

NEVER MISS A THING
• Reminders on any note: once, daily, weekly or monthly
• Snooze from the notification
• Calendar view of everything with a reminder
• Reminders come back after you restart your phone

FIND IT FAST
• Search titles, text and labels
• Search finds words inside your photos too (text recognition runs on your phone)
• Archive what you want out of the way; Trash keeps deleted items for 30 days

KEEP IT PRIVATE
• Lock the whole app with your fingerprint, face or screen PIN
• Lock single notes so they stay hidden until you unlock them
• Everything is stored on your phone

WIDGETS, THEMES AND BACKUP
• Home-screen widgets: add a note in one tap, or pin a favourite note
• Light and dark themes and adjustable text size
• Export a backup file and restore it any time
• Optional Google sign-in to copy your notes to your account, so a lost or reset phone does not lose them

PERMISSIONS
Camera and photos: only when you attach a picture. Microphone: only for voice notes and dictation. Notifications: for your reminders. Fingerprint / face: for the lock. Internet: for optional sign-in and sync, and for ads.

The app contains ads. Support: [e-mail]
