Today reported an incident to IT team in Riyadh jarir street .Appointments when done from app for any family members are always booked for only primary contact... we cannot book Appointments for family members. hope they fix this soon

Cannot log in. I input my information and it somehow says I already have an account, though I've never downloaded this app. So I try to log in with what I believe to be my password and it says "incorrect". Then when I hit the forgot passpwrd button, it brings me directly to a page where it has all the doctors pictures and NO WAY to reset the password. This app does not work.

App worked really well at first which is why it has 2 stars, but then a couple months ago it completely stopped working, won't even open and no one has bothered to fix it. Ridiculous
