COUNT AT SPEED
• Scan a bottle's barcode or search the catalogue to bring up its container profile
• Read the weight straight off a connected scale, or enter it manually if a scale isn't available
• The app calculates remaining volume and flags any bottle that falls outside its expected range, so exceptions surface automatically instead of getting missed
• Designed for one-handed use, standing up, in a dim bar — large readouts, big touch targets, dark theme by default

WORKS WITHOUT A CONNECTION
Bar basements and walk-in coolers don't always have signal. Counts keep working offline and sync automatically once a connection is available — nothing is lost, and nothing is double-counted.

BUILT-IN REVIEW WORKFLOW
Counts move from draft to submitted to approved or rejected. Managers can review submissions, see flagged exceptions at a glance, and send a count back with notes for a recount — all from the same app.

VARIANCE REPORTING
See how counts compare to expectations across locations and time periods, so shrinkage and pour discrepancies are visible instead of buried in a spreadsheet.
