About this app

The official RBT (Rakyat Banting Tulang) driver-partner app for the Medan and Deli Serdang areas. Designed to ensure drivers receive a fair share of every trip.

FAIR INCOME
• App fee of only 8% — you take home 92%
• In accordance with Presidential Regulation No. 27 of 2026 (maximum fee under 10%, driver's rights at least 92%)
• Earnings can be withdrawn to a bank account starting from IDR 10,000
• Transparent daily income summary and total trips

HOW TO GET STARTED
1. Log in with your mobile number, a code will be sent to your WhatsApp account.
2. Register your vehicle and license plate number.
3. Press GO to go online.
4. Accept incoming orders, pick up, and deliver.
5. Your earnings are recorded immediately and can be withdrawn to your account.

ABOUT LOCATION PERMISSION
The app uses your location ONLY when you are online or delivering an order — so passengers can track your journey and the system can offer you nearby orders. During this time, a notification will remain displayed, and you can stop (go offline) at any time.
