Key Features: • Secure Login: Authorized employees can securely log in using their unique Employee ID provided by the administration. • Digital Attendance: Employees can punch in and punch out for their daily shifts. The system utilizes geofencing technology to ensure attendance is marked only when the employee is physically present at the designated construction site. • Profile & KYC Management: Securely maintain personal and statutory details, ensuring full compliance with workforce regulations. • Payroll Tracking: Employees can view their active shifts, basic salary details, and track authorized wage advances directly from their dashboard. • Administrative Dashboard: Authorized admins can monitor real-time site attendance, assign employees to specific sites, and generate audit-ready XML/Excel reports for payroll processing.

Data Privacy & Security: We prioritize user privacy. The app strictly collects data required for legitimate employment purposes (such as location for attendance and camera for profile verification). Data is securely encrypted and is never shared with unauthorized third parties.

Note: This application is strictly for the internal use of Ramkrishna Construction employees. Public users will not be able to create an account or access the system without prior authorization from the HR department.
