RC™ Connect is part of Rototilt's investment in making service and support accessible to our end users. With RC™ System and RC™ Connect, we enable remote support and software updates when you are out in the field. You simply connect the app to the display in your cab to get in touch with support.
The app connects to supported Rototilt control units using Bluetooth/BLE. This active connection is used for diagnostics, configuration, spare-part setup, remote support, and software/parameter update workflows. Maintaining the connection helps ensure that service operations can be completed reliably in the field.
