RCB Bank's mobile banking app is a money management tool in the palm of your hand. Our app allows you to access your accounts using your existing RCB Bank Online Banking username and password.

You can view your account balances, transfer money, setup text and email alerts, find the nearest ATM, ITM or bank location, plus so much more!

This app crashes all the time. Often, I can't login without a failure error message. Also, when you try to dip bill pay from it the first time, it gives an error message. Turns out, when you click on it the app sends a request to the bank to allow you to use bill pay, and it can take a few days to approve. But the error message doesn't say that. Makes it sound like another crash. More specific messages would be nice.

I don't think the people at RCB that approved this app actually use this app. Little things just bug you about it. For example, every time I try to login, as soon as I click the login button some popup announcing some service or downtime appears at the top of the app which pushes the button down so I hit the forgot password button instead. When I hit the back button to go back the password I entered is no longer there. And nothing is where it should be; it's so hard to find things.

The app is easy to use and I have had no problems at all. I appreciate the convenience it provides as I travel alot.
