Finding Your Radio Info

Depending on the model of your audio unit, one or another data will be necessary.

[+] Touch & Connect units
We must deliberately lock the unit to display the information on the screen (don't worry, it's only for an hour). Enter the code 0000 three times in a row. Your unlock information (Serial number, Device number, and Date) appears on the screen. We recommend that you take a photo of it.

[+] Daewoo units
The same as in the Touch & Connect model: you must enter the wrong code thrice. The information we need (Serial#, Part#, and Date#) appears on the screen. Please take a photo of them.

[+] Blaupunkt and Clarion units
In this case, you must remove the radio. You can see the serial number below the barcode on the side label. Examples:

Took more than 24 hours to arrive was quite slow despite it saying it will generate in 1 min on the app. yes you can get it for free from Nissan but as it wasn't my van and I'm using it for 3 months this was the best way for me. it's not free it's about £12.50 so you can probably get it cheaper elsewhere like on eBay etc but I had Google credits so I used them on this. 1 star lost for time it took and can probably get it cheaper / free.

Requested a code from the app, took the team about 48hrs or so, but they keep you up to date during tge whole process until you get your code. The app is also simple to use and you engage with them in app. Pricey, but worth it...

After using the top Google search result, after a few hours, they couldn't provide me with a code. They said they would send a refund. Slightly annoyed I tried this app and they game me a code after a few hours which worked first time. Given I got my code and it was competitively priced and it was hassle free, I see no reason not to award 5*
