About this app

RCU Field Observations is a field tool for risk containment and verification
officers. It turns a site visit into a complete, evidence-backed report before
you leave the location.

EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

There is no server. Your cases, photographs and GPS records are encrypted on
the device and are never uploaded to us — we cannot see them, retrieve them or
delete them. Finished reports go out through your own email app, to recipients
you choose. The app works with no signal and queues the report until you
reconnect.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD

• Guided flow — case details, photographs, findings, checklist, send. A
progress bar shows what is still outstanding.
• Photographs stamped with GPS position and time, so each image carries proof
of where and when it was taken.
• Dictate findings by voice instead of typing. Speech is transcribed on the
device itself, so it works with no connection.
• Checklists that adapt to the visit type — residence, business and others —
so you are only asked what is relevant.
• Neighbour and third-party reference capture.
• Attach any supporting file alongside your photographs.
• Positive, Negative or Refer for Review recommendation.
• Generates a formatted PDF, attaches the photographs and supporting files,
compresses them to fit, and hands the whole package to your email app.

BUILT FOR CONFIDENTIAL WORK

• Biometric app lock.
• AES-256 encryption at rest, with the key held in the Android Keystore.
• Screenshots and screen recording are blocked inside the app.
• Configurable auto-purge, so old cases do not linger on the device.
• Password-protected encrypted backup and restore when you change phones.
