Bootanimation Changer is such a application that can be used to create bootanimation file, and change it by itself. Bootanimation Changer allows the user to design bootanimation screen by themselves. Bootanimation Changer works completely offline, so user need not to worry about the internet connectivity.

Bootanimation changer might also not work on few devices because of the different bootanimation location.

App is completely unusable. The editor sucks. The password system is useless and you can't even figure out how to use the animation after you create it(the green check button dosent work)
