About this app

Who's in the office today, who's working from home, who's on vacation? Today shows your team at a glance every morning. No Excel spreadsheet, no mass emails.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create a team and share the invitation code with your colleagues.

2. Everyone briefly types their status in the morning: in the office, out of the office, or on vacation, ideally with a short note.

3. Everyone immediately sees who's there, who's absent, and what's important today.

FOR EVERYDAY TEAM LIFE
• Today view: Status and notes for everyone on the team, e.g., "In from 10 a.m." or "Client meeting"

• Team messages: Short announcements for everyone, e.g., B. "New delivery has arrived"

• Calendar: Vacations, absences, and office days for several weeks in advance, including public holidays and school holidays for your state

• Vacation requests: Submit and approve them directly in the app

• Daily duties: Assign who will handle Click & Collect, reception, or phone calls today

PLANNING FOR THE WHOLE TEAM

• Project plan: Projects on a weekly timeline, with phases and deadlines

• Team to-dos: Tasks for each day, distributed with a tap

The project plan and to-dos have their own dedicated section: Switch between "Team" and "To-dos" in the upper right corner. If you don't need it, you can disable it to keep the app uncluttered.

AVAILABLE WHEN YOU NEED IT

• Time tracking: Record work hours in segments, monthly overview, and export. Admins can enable it in the team settings.

• Mehrere Teams: Unter Einstellungen → Deine Teams wechselst du zwischen Teams, trittst weiteren bei oder legst neue an.
• Planung filtern: „My Tasks“ zeigt deine Tasks, die ohne Bereich („Just me ❤️“) ganz oben. Dazu „Alle“ und jeder Bereich wie Marketing oder Logistik.
• Rollen: Admins machen Mitglieder unter Einstellungen → Team zu Admins und zurück.
• Zeiterfassung: Wochenüberblick mit Soll, Stundenzettel, Excel-Export und Feiertage deines Bundeslands.
