Re-Forma is a global initiative designed to equip pastors and Christian leaders—particularly those without formal theological education—with essential, outcomes-based training for effective ministry. Recognizing that over 90% of pastors worldwide lack formal theological education, Re-Forma aims to address this gap by providing a structured program that emphasizes practical competencies over traditional academic credentials.

Key Features:

35 Core Outcomes: The program focuses on 35 measurable outcomes across five critical areas: Knowing the Scriptures, Living by Faith, Outreach, Listening and Encouraging, and Trustworthy Faith. These outcomes are designed to ensure that participants can demonstrate practical ministry skills.

Global Recognition: Upon successful completion, participants receive a Certificate of Biblical Training for Ministry, endorsed by the World Evangelical Alliance, providing global recognition of their competencies.

Multilingual Support: The program materials are available in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Hindi, making it accessible to a diverse global audience.

Since its inception, Re-Forma has engaged over 4,000 groups in 94 countries, demonstrating its effectiveness in providing accessible, practical ministry training to underserved communities.
