About this app

Insights helps authorized reach52 staff and approved partner organizations collect survey responses in the field, including where internet connectivity is limited.

Users sign in with organization-provisioned accounts to:
• Download assigned forms when connected
• Record and save responses on the device while offline
• Synchronize completed work when connectivity returns
• Review sync status and retry pending work
• Add files when an assigned form requests them

The app can continue pending synchronization in the background when supported by the device.

Access is restricted. Accounts are created and managed by reach52; there is no public sign-up. Survey participants do not need an app account.

Insights is a field data collection tool. It does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or emergency services. Available forms and data access depend on each user’s assigned work and organization.

What’s new

Initial production release of Insights for authorized field teams. Capture survey responses offline and securely synchronize them when connectivity is available. This update also uses Android's system picker for attachments, avoiding broad photo and video permissions.
