Takes unacceptably long to load. Update: That problem went away. However, using it to send a message to my dr. is frustrating. 1. After a few lines I could no longer see what i was typing unless i constantly pressed "back." 2. Except for one time, the copy-paste option that normally appears when i tap on my screen didn't work. 3. I have no access to the record of my sent message.

Pretty cool that I can access my medical records and prescriptions from years ago. Keeping track of my health progress is important to me. I don't think most people have access to their info like this but it can help them take their health more seriously. One suggestion I have is providing definitions for the different types of lab reports. I find myself bouncing between the app and Google trying to figure out what my results mean. Updates look great btw. Interface is much nicer.

Paired with PCP initially but no longer works after the first time. Kept freezing on start up. Tried to reinstall but now requires a health ID that was never provided. Tried to get Health ID, but states you have to go to the clinic it was first registered under. Tried to make a new account, but denied, saying phone number was already used. In summary, App needs a lot of work. Buggy and not user friendly.
