I luckily found a story I really like and I'm completely hooked. Being able to tap the characters I don't know to get a pop up dictionary is absolutely wonderful and lets me read a bit above my actual level and learn some new characters. The trick is finding a story you like. The blurbs are only sometimes helpful and stories often show up multiple times. I read a ton in English, and now that Readibu helps me read in Chinese, I'm quite optimistic about improving my Chinese.

Honestly amazing. The app is basically a pop up dictionary for reading, and it doesn't really have any bugs from what I've seen. Some stuff is preselected and categorized by genre and reading level. if you want to read a book that isn't on the app, you can search for it on baidu or Google. there's also a flash card feature that i don't use much but seems to be functional. i would love to see this app for other languages. That would be exceptional.

I love this app but have been very frustrated with a glitch - the past few days I havent been able to get new chapters to open. For example, I'll open the app and see the text for Chapter 13 on Qidian. But as soon as I press the button to open in app format, I go back to Chapter 12. If I try and go forward, it sends me to Chapter 14. I just cannot open certain chapters. This has been going on for a few days now and is incredibly frustrating - I am invested in my web novel now!
