I recently purchased an annual ePaper subscription for ₹149, but am unable to read my newspaper due to multiple technical issues: Text becomes blurred on zooming, even with high-speed Wi-Fi. The app logs out automatically and deletes account details, forcing me to re-enter them each time. Page transitions are no longer smooth and require repeated effort. Kindly fix these issues so the ePaper becomes properly readable and user-friendly again. I've been a reader since last more than a decade.
