Paid for 6months subscription today30/072021 but still not allowed nor its shown in the "My Purchase" menu. Highly suggested not to buy subscription as its not working and they don't bother to resolve the ticket. Provided all details including payment receipt but still no help. Tried to support thinking local news paper, but turned out fraud. Update, 02/08/2021: Support team helped on the issue and restored everything as expected. Quite fast response. Updating rating from 1* to 4*.

After 2 days of my Complaint about not getting Manipal Edition of e-Udayavani, they informed me that the subscription ended last month, means, They declined the renewal of subscription. But when I sent them the extract from Canara Bank e-pass book, I am informed that instead of Manipal Edition Subscription was made to Bangalore Edition. Finally they resolved the issue.The Team is very Good and respoded for all the Queries. But the communication system is to be improved like the App.

third class service,you want to read yesterday or previous days paper. you need to pay extra amount after you got subscription what nonsense.
