Paid for 6months subscription today30/072021 but still not allowed nor its shown in the "My Purchase" menu. Highly suggested not to buy subscription as its not working and they don't bother to resolve the ticket. Provided all details including payment receipt but still no help. Tried to support thinking local news paper, but turned out fraud. Update, 02/08/2021: Support team helped on the issue and restored everything as expected. Quite fast response. Updating rating from 1* to 4*.

The app keeps showing “Network Error. Check your internet connection and try again.” even when my internet is perfectly fine (tested on 5G and Wi-Fi). I’ve cleared cache, reinstalled, and tried everything the issue is clearly from your end. I noticed many users have reported this same issue long back, but instead of fixing it, the team just replies with the same “Sorry for the inconvenience, please email us” message every time. I already have the latest version and there are no new updates.
