HOW IT WORKS

SCORED THE WAY PANELS ACTUALLY THINK
Every answer is graded on five dimensions:
• Structure — is your answer built so a panel never has to work to follow you?
• Substance — did you actually do this, and can you prove it? Names, numbers, outcomes.
• Competency Fit — are you answering the competency the question is testing?
• Command Presence — are you answering as the officer, not the firefighter you are today?
• Delivery — words per minute, filler count, and length against the target window, measured on your device.

Each dimension is scored across four tiers — Developing, Effective, Advanced, Distinguished — so you always know exactly how far you are from the top of the scale.
