Mobile Live extends your Service Assistant application by bringing the field staff into the 21st Century with live data connectivity.

Collect production to upload back to the office as soon as its complete
Access the latest navigation maps without having to check for updates
Route and dispatch stops to the field as they come in
Generate and print estimates in the field
Add new jobs without having to enter them in Service Assistant
Print customer invoices, including upsell coupons on site
Perform block leading and add customers to generate new sales

App crashes all the time. Doesn't track GPS properly. Throws off Google maps and will put you half a mile down the road from where your stop is supposed to be. Sometimes it saves the notes you input sometimes it doesn't. Way too many issues for the amount people pay to use it. Technical support is sub par, when they try to walk you through an issue they tell you to do all the steps you've already done then it still doesn't work and they blame your device.

Sometimes it freezes, then I close out, get back in and all the ti.e I spent adding notes, closing out jobs or adding jobs is wasted. It is frustrating. So much wasted ti.e when this happens. I've learned that 3 bars or less and it doesn't want to work properly, taking pictures of lawns takes 3 minutes. I could be closing out a job and going to the next. Other wise, when in full bars, it is great, quick, simple, user friendly.

This is without a doubt the WORST app I've ever had to deal with!! Crashes not just often but at least 10 times a day. Not to mention it freezes your screen up and makes you have to reboot your phone just to get out of the complications the app causes. The stress of dealing with this app is outrageous! Also it takes longer to close a job out than to do it! WORST app I've ever dealt with!!!
